Madame Tracy is one of the main characters in Amazon series Good Omens. She is a kind woman and a Medium. She's tolerant and an example for what's good in humanity, but she's destined to find herself the first recorded case of Angelic Possession.

Madame Tracy lives in a flat opposite Witchfinder Sergeant Shadwell’s. She works as both a Medium holding seances and as an ‘intimate care and relaxation‘ professional.
When Newton Pulsifer arrives to join the Witchfinder Army, Madame Tracy initially mistakes him for one of her clients. Later, Madame Tracy goes over to Shadwell’s commenting that the map bursting into flames doesn't happen every day before letting him lie down in her bedroom.
After Shadwell discorporates Aziraphale, the angel possesses her during a seance. He explains that the world is ending and they need to get to Tadfield Airbase. Madame Tracy and Aziraphale convince Shadwell to join them, asking him to bring his Witchfinder weapons to kill the Antichrist, and the three-in-two travel to the airbase on Madame Tracy's miracled flying scooter.
At the Airbase, Madame Tracy stops Aziraphale from killing Adam Young and Adam separates them putting the angel back in his correct body. Shadwell protects Madame Tracy when Satan approaches, much to her delight.
After the Not-Apocalypse, Madame Tracy invites Shadwell over for dinner. They agree to leave London and move in together.
